green-bead-boxYou know, as parents, we’re not supposed to have favorites, but sometimes we just do.  I love all my beads, but this box, in particular, is a favorite.  Maybe it is the lovely pale green chrysporase teardrops in the lower right corner from a bead show in Williamsburg, VA.  Or the turquoise nuggets and round beads on either side from Chevron Trading in Asheville, NC.  Maybe the single lampworked green bead from a dear friend who makes glass beads.  Or the very light green irregular shaped agate pieces on the left from Bead Haven in Hampton, VA.  Right beside them are watermelon chevrons with their lovely stripes.  And below them, milefiori in green, white, and blue.  I could go on.  How wonderful to have such materials to work with, just divine…
